Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@fullbloomlabel.com within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or preparation for dispatch, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If you need to update product details or shipping information, please reach out within the same 24-hour window. After that, changes may not be possible.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely in love with your piece, you’re welcome to request a return within this timeframe.

Important: Returns must be requested and approved within 30 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Shipped using a tracking number

  • Registered with our customer service team before returning

  • Free from scratches, marks, odor, or signs of wear (and with any protective packaging included, where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

(If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.)

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

(Change of mind, wrong item ordered, doesn’t fit)
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. These fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, it is eligible for a free replacement, and you do not need to return the item (unless we request it as part of verification).

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Received a Faulty Item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A photo of the outer packaging (if damaged in transit)

Received the Wrong Item?

Please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you were meant to receive

  • The item you actually received

  • A clear photo of the incorrect item

If we confirm an error on our side, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, item, or color, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  • Your preferred option: refund or replacement

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email.
